Graduation:  May 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM

SENIOR TIMELINE-FALL 2025

  • JOSTENS: Jostens will be here on September 26, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. to go over senior products and cap, gown, tassel, diploma, and diploma cover order.  All orders will be placed online.
  • JOSTENS: Jostens will be back on October 15, 2025 at 10:00 in main gym lobby for questions/check-in regarding orders.
  • JOSTENS: Jostens will be here to pass out cap and gowns (Date & Time TBD in Spring 2026)
  • All seniors have been having individual senior appointments with the Counseling Team August thru September.
  • Apply to Colleges, Universities, Technical Schools, Military; watch deadlines!
  • FAFSA Opens October 1st (Seniors are encouraged to wait at least a week before applying due to yearly updates to FAFSA application)
  • ACT Senior Retake:  October 14, 2025
  • Nov. 3 deadline for TN Promise Application
  • Student and parent should create FSA IDs (fsaid.ed.gov)
  • FAFSA Help Session at Culleoka Nov. 6th 
  • College Fair at CSCC Nov. 7th 
  • Dec. 9th at 8:30 a.m. TN Promise Mandatory Meeting-CUS Auditorium

 

SENIOR TIMELINE-SPRING 2026

  • Complete your 2026-2027 FAFSA
  • Attend “FAFSA Help Session” at Culleoka (Date/Time TBA)
  • Complete local/private scholarship applications
  • Top 10 Announced in February
  • Review college acceptances, compare financial aid packages, ask questions, and follow-up as needed.
  • READ YOUR EMAILS from colleges & universities so you will stay on top of deadlines.
  • Prom is April 18, 2026
  • Senior Exams is May 1, 2026
  • Senior Exams is May 4, 2026
  • Senior Cap & Gown Parade (with Kindergartners) May 5, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
  • Senior College Signing Day is May 5, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
  • Senior Banquet is May 5, 2026
  • Seniors’ Last Day is May 5, 2026
  • Graduation Practice is May 12, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
  • Graduation is May 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
  • Submit Community Service Hours for TN Promise Scholarship by August 1, 2026
  • Mid-June, grades finalized for HOPE scholarship and final transcripts sent
